What happens next?
Explore the options below to choose the right service for your needs.
Option 1. System Design Specification
Moving the SHINE Plan to the next stage, drafting a cable schedule & base lighting design. Making sure you have the correct infrastructure in place (the right cables to the right places) to support the lighting specification and technology installation. We will engage with all contractors to make sure everyone understands what needs to be achieved.
All working documents handed over to contractors for completion of works.
Option 2. Tender Review and Recommendations
The SHINE Plan has now become your scope of works (brief) for you to go out to tender to a SMART Home provider. We will be by your side to explain the brief to prospective suppliers and in turn when the quotes come back we can explain them to you from an unbiased standpoint!
We recommend 3 quotations so you can make sure we have different options on the table for you to review.
As RIS are truly independent this means we have our clients' best interests at heart. We guarantee our service fees will be more than offset by the savings we will make for you. This is not just understanding the value of the quotes that are presented, but also making sure you are not buying items that really do not serve your needs or vision for the home.

Option 3. Project Management
This is a natural progression from Option 2 in the realization of the SHINE plan to achieve your DREAM HOME. Not only bringing it to life with the chosen contractor but continually assessing the design as the property progresses. 90% of Clients don't really start to gain a vision of how they want the home to look and feel until the building work commences.
We will be a constant support in challenging the development, making sure that what is being delivered is going to meet your expectations.
Option 4. DIY Design service
Professional integrated services are not always feasible and therefore you may choose to go down the DIY Smart home route. We can advise on the best systems for your needs and budget and provide a supply list along with technical support.
