Our Mission
To make sure your clients are enriched with as much information and advice as possible so they can make the right informed decisions about their home. There is only one chance to design and build this property, YOU can make it the best it can be!
How can we work together to help your clients?
Since our Architect Partnership Program commenced, we now work with over 30 local Architects (and growing!) and have created a simple step-by-step process to follow. In order to make the process simple, clear and efficient we have devised 4 different service options for your clients depending on their individual needs and circumstances.

How will this benefit you as the Architect?
We understand you are busy people! You can be as involved as much or as little as you want with our services. They go hand in hand when designing the perfect home for your clients but essentially once you've drawn up the blueprints, we can take those plans and get to work discussing ideas with the client.
This gives you some breathing space... whilst you're waiting on planning permission! We're on hand to discuss the details, such as TV points and lighting designs with the client and overlay a design which covers the 5 key areas of our SHINE plan.

The journey starts with a SHINE plan
We offer free SHINE plans to all your clients, which gives the homeowner the opportunity to think about their home in a new light, explore the world of Audio Visual technologies, controlled lighting schemes, energy saving concepts, network and home security.
System Design and Specification
Moving the SHINE Plan to the next stage, drafting a cable schedule & base lighting design. Making sure you have the correct infrastructure in place (the right cables to the right places) to support the lighting specification and technology installation. We will engage with all contractors to make sure everyone understands what needs to be achieved.

Tender Review
We recommend 3 quotations so you can make sure we have different options on the table for you to review. We help the client understand what the quotes mean and SAVE THEM MONEY.
Project Management
Possibly the most important question the client can ask is who is going to make sure my house is constructed and executed the way I want it? We can take that stress away and oversee the property build to ensure all the contractors are working to the same build specifications and manage the timeline effectively. We are working in partnership with companies who were once our competitors. We will promote the services and work with reputable and reliable companies who are guaranteed to provide a first-class service
to your clients.
