Following on from the tender review, once you've chosen your contractors a work schedule and timeline will be created for the builder and all trades persons involved.
​
We will not only collaborate to bring the SHINE plan to life but will continually assess the design as
the property progresses. 90% of Clients don't really start to gain a vision of how they want the home to look and feel until the building work commences.
We will provide continuous support throughout the development, making sure the project is delivered on schedule and to your expectations.

Project management includes:

SHINE plan, scope of works and wiring schematic

Arrange Initial site meeting with all contractors to discuss proposal

Manage project timeline

Create effective group communication service (involving all contractors)

Periodic site visits to ensure the work schedule is being followed and identify any hiccups

Ensure system is installed and programmed according to the proposal and scope of work statement.

Final site meeting and sign off.
We are aware unexpected issues can occur and building schedules can change, however we will address the problems and make sure the timeline is adjusted and work re-arranged accordingly to avoid unnecessary hold ups.
