System Design Specification - £1500 + VAT

Moving the SHINE Plan to the next stage, drafting a cable schedule & base lighting design. Making sure you have the correct infrastructure in place (the right cables to the right places) to support the lighting specification and technology installation. We will engage with all contractors to make sure everyone understands what needs to be achieved.

All working documents handed over to contractors for completion of works.

System Design Specification

Create a SHINE plan, scope of works and wiring schematic
Review technical drawings
Create project timeline with guidance from builder
Create effective group communication service (involving all contractors)
Ensure system is installed and programmed according to the proposal and scope of work statement

We are aware unexpected issues can occur and building schedules can change, however we will make sure the timeline is adjusted and work re-arranged accordingly to avoid unnecessary hold ups.
