The SHINE Plan has now become your scope of works (brief) for you to go out to tender to a SMART Home provider(s).
As a rule we recommend 3 quotations to compare, and we will be by your side to explain the brief to prospective installers. In turn when the quotes come back we can review them with you from an unbiased standpoint and look for any anomalies, or areas where money can be saved!
As RIS are truly independent this means we have our clients' best interests at heart. We DO NOT have any remuneration agreements with suppliers or contractors. Our service fees should be offset by the savings and enjoyment you will get.
